Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the time reserved specifically for your family, all the services are non refundable.

I am fully committed to supporting you throughout our time together and want you to feed confident moving forward with your chosen package.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

I understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable.

If you need to reschedule a call, please provide at least 24 hour notice whenever possible. I will always do my best to accommodate and find a new time that works for both of us.

Missed calls without notice may not be able to be rescheduled.

Support & Communication

Support is provided within the time frame outlined in your selected package.

I aim to respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe during business hours. While I do my best to be as responsive as possible, I may not always be immediately available.

Sleep Approach

My sleep approach is gentle, responsive and tailored to your baby/child and your family.

There is no one-size-fits-all method, and we will only make changes that feel comfortable and sustainable for you.

Results Disclaimer

Every baby and child is unique, and while I will guide and support you every step of the way, results cannot be guaranteed.

Consistency, environment , and your baby’s temperament all play a role in progress.
